With the affirmation, there is a small swell of emotion. He lets out a soft, content sigh with the kisses being placed on him.
He slips his hand away from Sholmes' cheek to give him more room for his actions. But his hand doesn't stop there, he moves it back down Sholmes' body to touch his skin again, just under the shirt.
As his fingers slide over his abdomen, he comes across a scar. One he probably saw in passing during their first trial. There is a little curiosity that comes with that, but he's more focused on the sensations of what Sholmes is doing, what he's doing, and the feelings playing between them. ]

Well, eventually they put enough in me that I slept and they could perform the thing, but it was quite difficult. The surgery lasted for hours because I just kept waking up. I told them that I had drunk too much coffee the night before.
