but speaking of tigers, a good girl is walking along beside him with with a dragon perched on her back and peering around. it's about chihuahua sized. ]
[ polaris will give a sniff in greeting to dragon friend, tail wagging happily, definitely because if this is the same dragon that brought their friends home, then they're more than welcome here. he grumble-barks in greeting.
kaeya looks giddy, peering at the dragon as well now as he moves up beside polaris. ]
Along for the ride then, that's pretty splendid. Do they have a name?
[ the little dragon shows great interest in polaris! it hops off of finley and onto him, checking him out as well. with that happening, finley stalks away from the friendly wolf, stepping to the other side of kotetsu. sorry, friend. ]
That's one of the things I'm trying to figure out still.
[ rising up again, he'll let polaris play, though eventually polaris will roll over in the snow, nudging at the little dragon before getting to his paws and sitting at kaeya's side once more, a soft grumble-whine of concern. ]
Something like that. If they're going to be accompanying us, better to give them a name than call them Sir Dragon or something, right?
[ he rolled a 20 on his check between kotetsu and finley, seeing her aloofly stalk away. his approach is careful, he doesn't want to be too invasive, that just causes people to clam up so tightly you can't pry them open again. instead, he gestures. ]
The weeks are moving by so quickly. How are you faring with this one's particular... effect.
[ just a big splat of blood slides out from under kaeya's left arm where his shoulder sags. it's like an answer, punctuation and all, and he smiles. ]
A bit soggy, a bit scorched, but, I'll be alright. Strange that they don't hurt unless they're touched...
[ he watches the dragon for a long moment and then tilts his head. ] I'm sure it will come to you, I've never been very good at naming creatures myself. [ polaris just returns, allows Kaeya to embrace him gently before getting to his feet. ]
Maybe "Emergency" or Em for short so if you yell emergency they'll come. [ a grin ] Just kidding.
