Well I said my piece on how you’ve been so up and down recently. But… after yesterday I can’t exactly go around telling people “buck up and carry on”.

I talked to Kim before, but we talked about that maybe we should all talk about where we want to look and explore. So people aren't just overlapping areas... Maybe a meeting about it on the first day we arrive. And we talk about what we gathered by the end of the week...

… That might be an idea. No idea when’s a good time to bring it up though — people start exploring as soon as we wake up in the new location.

But we can try. We need more organisation when it comes to pooling ideas too.
