[ At least this isn't a terrible person to get caught by. And he isn't going to harass him about it. ]
Remember how we talked about familiar with the unfamiliar? This is exactly it. It reminds me a lot of home. It makes me a little homesick, but I'm glad we're here. What about you?
Nothing like that. I don't have that kind of money or garage space.
Mostly, I watch motorcar racing. And... [He tries to say this with humility, but a bit of smug pride creeps through.] I managed to convince the station to get a sports model for my patrol car. A Coupris Kineema. I've since made a few adjustments to it, here and there.
They've all got very different personalities, but they're all such good people. One of the heroes is my best friend... My wife actually came up with both of our hero names. He's very bullheaded, but he's been a good, grounding force in my life. Rock Bison.
Origami Cyclone. He never believed in himself, but he was a good, earnest kid. He wanted to be a hero, but never felt like he belonged properly. I'm glad he was able to finally gain some confidence and helped save us all.
Blue Rose. A good kid. She comes off as having a sharp personality sometimes, but she's got a warm heart under it all. She went through her struggles... she wants to be a musician, but in the end, she couldn't give up her hero work.
Fire Emblem. A strong, deep soul. They come off as very flamboyant and forward, but that's part of their charm. A true ally when you need them. Confident and radiant.
Dragon Kid. She's very young, but very strong. Both as a hero and a person. I look forward to see what type of future she has... what she'll grow into. I believe she will do a lot of great things in her time.
Sky High. The man that became the King of Heroes after me. Straight forward with a kind heart. He's one of the most honest people I've met and tries his best at everything. While I was envious of his position... I still thought of him to be a good friend and a good man.
And then there's Bunny. My partner. We didn't get along at first. Not even close. He's more of the rigid and planned out type whereas I like to run in first. Our styles of being a hero were complete opposite. He thought I was old fashion for wanting to keep my identity a secret. Eventually, though, we got to know one another and learn to work together. We had our fights, but in the end... Well, he's a good man. Very strong, very dedicated. He sticks by his convictions no matter what. Someone I truly trust.
It's the nickname I gave him. Everyone else knows him by his name, Barnaby.
[ Kotetsu is a little shit. ]
Normally it's not really a thing, but our agency specifically went with it. For a long time I worked alone. Though they I'd be a good foil for the new kid... a sidekick. [ He makes a face at that. ]

It's familiar to me, too. The technology's a little different... but all the usual comforts of home are here, in some form.

[ He sounds amused by that, though. ]
Yeah, some of the things we have at home are different than this place, but close enough that it's easy to adapt.

The cars are pretty nice. Real sleek designs.

[ First the snowmobiles... now this. He's amused. ]

Motorcars are sort of a hobby for me.

[Kim saw a brief glimpse of some of them before, but it wasn't exactly under normal circumstances.]

[ Enjoy that tl;dr of his friends. ]

[He can see the rest of those as being hero names, but this one sounds a little... soft? That's not a bad thing, but it stands out.]
So you heroes have partners, too.
