I went to Baraqiel. I had a three sets of things I had to do for him. Tell him a memory of my heroics, learn three things about people, then help three people out. After the first two, I got my leg temporarily back and had to finish the other two to have it stick. It wasn't too bad. And if you need help with anything, I'm more than willing.

Whatever you need help with to get you okay... I'll be with you every step. We can see if someone else has some kind of heal and see if they stack. It won't get your hand back without help from a Watcher, but they might be willing to do what they did we me. Some easy tasks before a bigger one.

[He gets guided to the bed and sits on the edge of it. The two cloaks, one embroidered with thorns and one a simple black, get tossed on the floor. Cecile, as a bandicoot, climbs out of an inner pocket of his orange jacket before he sets it aside with a little more care than the previous items. Even though the left sleeve has also been neatly sliced off at the elbow and drenched in blood, and yet more blood soaks the back of the left shoulder. That thing needs a wash, if it's even salvageable.
This just leaves him with a moderately bloodied white T-shirt and his gun holster.]
Mm. I know. I always knew I'd need to rely on the rest of you...
[And with a little more warmth,] I'm glad to see that I can.
[ He knows the execution is then, but maybe after... some retail therapy might be needed. As long as they're not banned from going into places after a public execution. Who knows? ]

[He'll let Kotetsu help undress him, removing the gun holster and T-shirt. Underneath, he's got bruises and what look like electrical burns here and there. His right arm has some cuts along the forearm -- bandaged now, courtesy of YJH's off-screen first aid. The back of his left shoulder has also been bandaged, though some blood has already seeped through. Looks like that wound was a deep one -- a bullet wound.]

I might need to wait until I've recovered from the blood loss before showering. [He knows his limits. He's been on the brink of passing out for a while.] I do have extra bandages, though. Haven't been going through as many since everyone started relying on healing magic.
[ He nods at that, bringing the satchel over to the bed. ]
Let me also get some water and a towel, to get things cleaned off proper.
[ He looks for a big enough bowel ... or, really anything, and going to get some medium-hot water, looking for whatever towel he can use for this, too. ]
And if you need help with that later... let me know. I know, personal, but we don't really have the ability to be too prideful about that kind of thing.
On the other side of it, mind you. [Kim's the one who's usually looking after his wounded comrades.] But I know better than to expect to keep my pride fully intact after something like... all of that.

The wounds are pretty much what would be expected: a simple bullet wound in the back of his shoulder (bullet removed, partly healed from Nero's magic kiss), cuts on his arms, and the stump that's been cut clean, then burnt at the end. The rest are pretty superficial, and have been helped greatly by the healing.]

He can be a bit insufferable, can't he? I'm sorry he pouted so much that he forced you to hug me, too.
[ But there is such fondness in the way that he says that and lightly pats Kim on the knee. Sorry, buddy. It's kind of funny. But he leans to properly start cleaning these injuries. Being very delicate about the gunshot wound the best he can. ]
But he also means well. So it's what's in the heart that counts.
