You see a wanted sign with your name on it, tapping it with your back hand before peering out in the street. You see a young kid using her powers as she looks around.
"I should have known." You mutter as you draw back into the alley. "Well, someone sure looks all pumped and ready."
When you peer to your right, you end up face-to-face with a mask.
Jumping back, the person speaks to you, "There's nowhere to run!"
"Origami."
A voice from behind rings out. "So you finally showed up!" It's the child that was amped up in the street.
"Wait"
"Now then," comments Origami as they both prepare to fight you. "Come quietly."
"I said wait! A hero like me would never kill someone! This is some kind of mistake!"
You try to convince them of your innocence, but the kid chimes in with, "This criminal has got some nerve calling himself a hero."
"Huh?"
"What?"
"Wait a second, it's me! Take a good look!"
Origami peers hard back at you. "Kaburagi Kotetsu..."
"That's right!" For a moment you're excited at being recognized.
Until the kid chimes in, "You're under arrest!"
You grab your head in confusion and distress. "Explain to me what's going on! Can't you tell who I am?"
Another voice comes in and your long time friend drops in yelling, "There's nothing to explain! Earning points by capturing crooks like you is our job!"
Rock Bison pins you against the wall with all his strength. You try pushing back in body and in words, "You idiot! I'm your best friend."
"Best friend?" What kind of nonsense is that, you low life!"
"What?! Okay, that's it..." You activate your powers and shove him back. "You bastard!"
"This guy. He's a power-type NEXT!"
But you don't fight them. Instead you run away from them, wanting to avoid the confrontation. They're your comrades.
