[ There's a breathy little laugh at that, words falling off for now, though. Don't mind him planting a few more kisses at his neck, the last couple trailing a bit upward. ]

[ He shifts to plant one more kiss onto Sholmes' jaw and moves so he's able to rest his forehead against the other's, knocking his hat off from Sholmes' head. His eyes are focused on him, something burning just a bit under the surface. ]

[Ah, that really is the look of a fiery superhero, alright. Sholmes lets out an amused little huff, not at all sorry for the loss of the hat. One hand moves to cup the other's ear as he smirks.]

[ His fingers tighten just a bit into Sholmes' hair, the other hand lifting to rest on his neck. He doesn't hesitate to just lean in and press their lips together. ]

[ His head tilts a bit, applying just a bit more pressure, but keeping it light. For now, at least. It's just going to soak up this feeling of being with someone again like this. There's a slight sigh of relief against the kiss. ]

[Sholmes takes whatever the other gives him - with a hum, he's just lazily returning the favor with the added pressure from his end, just enjoying it as it is.]

Finley's tail flicks at that and sorry, little hare, the tiger is licking the top of her head. ]

[He lets out a surprised noise at that, then a huff, like the start of a laugh. It doesn't deter, him, however, from continuing the kiss.]

[Irene lets out a little chirp, ears going back only to let the tiger lick over her head, leaning her body against the fluffiness of the bigger animal.]

[ Kotetsu can't say he doesn't enjoy catching Sholmes a bit off guard. Turnabout is fair play, perhaps? But it's also kind of cute. His nose gently rubs against Sholmes', part of him just wanting to soak up this tender feeling for longer, but also wanting something more. Hm.

In that case, Finley is just going to be casually grooming Irene, letting out a soft purr as he dotes on the hare. ]

[He breaks the kiss momentarily, eyes closed. He just lets Kotetsu's nose rub against his for a few seconds, enjoying the sensation. He feels very warm. It's all very warm. The rushed thoughts of his mind are dimmed down for this one moment.]

[ When that happens, Kotetsu moves both hands to Sholmes' jaw, resting there as if he's holding Sholmes like he's the most important treasure to him. ]

[ His voice is barely above a whisper. And honestly? He doesn't even care if he gets some outlandish or ridiculous answer. He just wants to hear what comes to mind. This is the look of a man willing to do literally anything for the one in front of him.

[It's so much. Sholmes is so much, constantly, every day, every minute, thinking, constantly thinking, and in this moment, having this kind of quiet moment where everything is okay, he can enjoy it all, and not have to worry, not have to think, just for this one moment...]

[ The stare remains fixed on Shomles. He's sorry, but he's not really the one to back down or shy away from things sometimes. Especially when he cares about the person.

And that's when Finley gives Irene one more lick and stands up. She's not abandoning the hare, but there's something important here. She comes over and just butts her head against Sholmes' leg. Wanting to help comfort whatever he's going through.
