And you've seen the angel statues here as well... whoever lived here, believed that they owed a great deal of their wealth and happiness to these winged figures.
I think that's something we should bear in mind as we try to unravel the bigger mystery of why we're here.
That and I found a map that shows how Krankaz didn't always used to be under water.

Maybe they weren't thankful enough to these angels they so revered that they took it upon themselves to cast their worshippers down, so to speak...
Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence... Three times is a pattern. If this is happening all over again, we'd do our best to perhaps consider what angels have to do with each of these worlds and what part they play...
