[He'll go ahead and step inside, letting Kotetsu show him where to sit or stand. Cecile crawls out from under his collar to give a squeak in greeting to Kotetsu and Finley before climbing onto Kim's shoulder.]
[ Finley seems to be a bit on edge and wary, in her rabbit form at the moment, but does peer at Cecile. ]

[ He doesn't mind whatever place Kim picks out. But for the moment, Kotetsu goes over to pick Finley up. Big girl she is even in rabbit form, but he still holds her like she's a child. Which might be weird, considering soul, but. Once Kim settles in. ]
There were things I skipped over when talking about my trip back in Camebit. I know a lot of people are carrying their trauma, mine isn't anything different. It's just... [ Finley shivers a little. ] Watching my soul die isn't something I'm having an easy time getting over. Seeing Spike end it like that brought it all back.
Everything revolving around the circumstances that lead up to it, as well.
[They have couches this week, so Kim will seat himself there, leaving room for Kotetsu to sit with him if he prefers. Cecile hops down to sit on his knee.]
... I thought it might be that. I'm sorry, Kotetsu.
He might have had his reasons for doing it that way. Could even be good reasons. But it doesn't change the way we feel.
[Kim puts a hand over his severed left arm, giving it a small squeeze just above the elbow, where it ends. There's a contemplative look as his gaze drifts to Finley, then back to Kotetsu.]
[He nods, then scooches over to close the gap between them and wraps his arm around Kotetsu's shoulders, pulling him in a little closer. Not all the way, with Finley right there. He'll give him a chance to lean in or reciprocate as much as he chooses.]
[ Finley shifts to make sure to get out of the way for this and he shifts to hug him back with both arms. It's nice. And he sighs softly. Relaxing just a bit. ]
[ Kotetsu's going to remain there for a long moment. It's comfortable, nice, reassuring ... and unexpected. He can't help but soak it up. Also glad to feel Kim relaxing in it. And, very softly: ]
[ He slowly pulls back, too, giving him an appreciative, but tired smile. He doesn't mind the hand on his shoulder one bit. Finley also shifts to get settled back on his lap proper. ]
