[ This old tiger has been having an interesting week while recovering, but at least he does seem much more steady on his feet by this point. So, he's out for a stroll today, near the canals. Things should be much cleaner down there, so he thinks he's in the clear of anything happening. ]

[ Ah, Nanaly hasn't talked to Kotetsu in a while, but it's good to see him up and about after... everything that was last week.

She gives him a wave, and then heads over in his direction with a smile. ]

[ He's been a busy man, even with his injuries. But he is glad to see Nanaly, smiling bright. ]

Not too bad, considering what happened. Luckily a little healing can go a long way.

[ He's about to ask how she'd been doing, when Finley bumps a stray shard. Guess they missed a few. ]

[ Likewise, she's about to comment that she'd been a little worried about how he was going to move on from the events of that execution, but--

--Oof, suddenly she's in the middle of his memory and there's a lot more than that to be worried about. This is intense, and experiencing it from Kotetsu's point of view with his feelings from that time, without confidence in how it's going to turn out, it's incredibly nerve-wracking.

When it finally concludes with its happy ending, she lets out an audible sigh of relief. ]

Jeez... You had me scared there for a while. I'm glad that all worked out okay.

[ She'd been a little skeptical on the hero thing, especially with how many times she's heard Kyle spout off the word, but he kind of impressed her there. ]

She's a lucky kid to have a dad who cares that much.
